年代まではマルツァメーミ港はマグロの水揚げ量がイタリア最大で、加工場とヨーロッパ各国へ向けた出荷港として栄えていました。葡萄栽培にも適した土地だったので、これを利用して、ネロ・ダーヴォラの濃厚な安ワインが大量に生産され、ピエモンテやフランスに原料ワインとして出荷されていたのです。\u003cbr\u003e30 charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eジュリアン・クルトワが1998年、20歳の時に立ち上げたワイナリー。幼少時から父、クロード・クルトワと共に生活に必要な野菜の栽培や、動物の世話をしながら、ブドウの栽培、ワイン造りを醸造を学び続けた。所有する畑は、ソローニュ村でシレックスに富む粘土と、珪土土壌の５ha。ガメ、ムニュ・ピノなどは1968年植樹の古木で、収量を抑え、一部のキュヴェでは４年以上熟成後にリリースするという頑固なまでの職人気質は、しっかりと父親ゆずり。畑のほとんどが、自宅から半径300m以内にあり、極一部の離れた畑もわずか１kmほどの近さで、農作業の徹底、収穫直後のセラーへのブドウ搬入ともに理想的な環境を持つ。ガメの一部は、ヴィーニュ・フランセーズ（アメリカ産台木に接ぎ木していない樹）。醸造は、白の多くを全房でプレス、赤は除梗し木樽または樹脂製タンクで発酵。熟成は全てブルゴーニュ・タイプの古樽で行う。大原則として醸造、瓶詰めとも亜硫酸塩無添加で、派手ではないが、実を備えたワインを造る。\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Wine
