An 80-year-old plot in Sainte-Claire (Jurassic Kimmeridian soil) is biodynamically adopted. Biodynamics resulted in smaller, more concentrated grapes than before. Old trees have deep roots extending to 30m underground, so they absorb minerals from various layers. Brewing is the same as 7 Sainte-Clair.
