A representative maker who conveys the tradition of "Gaglioppo", which has not succeeded except for Chiro. Fine tannins of high quality are slowly aged in cement tanks to create an elegant wine.

100% Garioppo. An assemblage of a field with an altitude of 3m 3km from the coast and a field with an altitude of 100m on the mountain side planted in 1980 by Galioppo made by Alberello. Grapes are crushed by hand in an open fermentation vat and macerated for 4 days. Fermentation continues for about a month in cement tanks. Aged in cement tanks for over a year before bottling. no filter.
