The largest owner of Gevrey-Chambertin special grade fields. Wines brewed using traditional methods are aged in the Domaine's underground cellars for a long period of time and released when they are ready to drink. Since the 1850s, vines have been cultivated in Camus. The current owner "Hubert" owns 16.8ha. 2/3 of it is said to be a special field, so it's luxurious. Of course, one of the largest landowners in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin and the owner of the largest Grand Cru. "Hubert" served as INAO's regional representative for a long time from 1981 to 2004. Furthermore, in 1993, he served as Director General of the IBV (Burgundy Wine Secretariat) and has a strong local reputation. Hubert, who is over 80 years old, still works in the fields every day, and his daughter, Eddy, takes care of the office work.
