Grape variety: Malvasia, Arinto

Orange wine made from two types of Malvasia and Arinto. Last year they were released individually, but this year they have been blended in such a way that they complement each other's charms. The orange wine of Malvasia Bianca has a super aromatic intensity that is more than you would expect, and it is really expressive, such as lychee and lemongrass tea. Elements such as astringency are light and easy to drink, and it also has a tropical feel, so it's perfect for orange wine beginners.

Malvasia and Arinto are each blended after 2 weeks of natural fermentation with the skins, followed by 3 weeks of skin contact. Pressed into old barrels ( 228L ) and aged on lees for 8 months. Bottled with a small amount of antioxidants. Unfiltered and without clarifiers.

Super aromatic bright orange. Lychee, lemongrass tea, colorful bouquets.
