Typical style of Nosiola. Uses grapes from the fields of Coveli Erti (300m above sea level) and Pla Grand (550m above sea level) in Faedo. The tailoring is traditional pergola. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months while being protected from oxidation with nitrogen. Nosiola is characterized by its apple and pear-like incense with a slight hazelnut nuance.
