Brokar's Chablis are all Kimmeljian soils, but only this Petite Chablis uses grapes from Portlandian soil fields. A feeling of iodine is weak, and it is characterized by a fruity feeling and plumpness. Fermentation while keeping low temperature in stainless steel tank. Aged on lees for 6 months and bottled before harvest. It has been gorgeous and open since its release.
The second generation Julien's biodynamic challenge began with a fight with his father, who strongly opposed him, saying, ``There is no way biodynamics will succeed in Chablis.'' It is now the largest biodynamic domaine in Burgundy.
