Grape variety: Riesling
100% Riesling Renano. A field of Faedo at an altitude of 400m, which contains a lot of iron in the limestone soil mixed with red soil. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged for 6 to 8 months in large acacia barrels, a tradition of this region. Riesling has a large skeleton, so it goes very well with the honey-like incense of acacia.
