Takizawa Rosé is a multi-variety blend wine for wine, for eating raw, regardless of skin color. We aim to create a wine that can be drunk quickly and that can be enjoyed for several years as it ages. 2022 consists of six cuvees: Muller-Thurgau, Campbell Early, Delaware Orange, Sauvignon Blanc, Niagara and Kerner. All cuvees are blended through wild yeast fermentation and natural malolactic fermentation, and are bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve the original flavor of the grapes. The 2022 Takizawa Rosé is mainly Muller-Thurgau and Campbell Early's rosé coloring. Light salmon pink in appearance. It has a gorgeous and charming scent of strawberries and raspberries, and the fresh fruitiness spreads throughout your mouth. We do not directly add sulfites in order to create a friendly and gentle drinking experience, but the sulfites used in Kerner (cuvee) are indirectly added, so it is not without sulfites. However, the total amount added after blending is an extremely small amount of about 0.05ppm, making it a wine that you can feel gentle drinking.
