Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Ferment all the grapes together in open fermentation vats. Maceration takes about 15 days, depending on the vintage. After fermentation is complete, some sediment is removed and aged in stainless steel tanks and large barrels for about 9 months. Assemblage through a coarse filter. Then let it settle for about 3 months before bottling.

Merlot and Cabernet, unlike Tuscany, where cultivation became popular after the war, this land has a history and tradition that can be said to be an indigenous breed. A very Friuli-style red wine, not like Bordeaux.

Aromas of ripe red fruits, pleasant spices and earthy nuances. A gentle and beautiful red wine with a smooth texture and soft fruitiness that will make you feel relieved.
