The oldest vineyard from 928 and a perfect south facing slope. A thick clay layer of 30 cm or more containing lime. There are almost no pebbles or silica, so in contrast to "Le Mont", it is often gorgeous and open from a young age. Cultivation and brewing are exactly the same in every field. Sake quality with a solid structure and thickness.
