ジンにつかわれるボタニカルであるジュニパーベリーとライムをあわせました。ジュニパーベリーの特徴的な香りのうえに、ライムの爽快な柑橘の香りが乗った複雑なカクテルのような香りと味わいが楽しめます。

This craft mead is inspired by the king of cocktails, the gin and tonic. British Prime Minister Winston Churchill once said, "Gin and tonic has saved more British lives and hearts than all British doctors. We named this drink with the hope that it will save the hearts of Japanese people like gin and tonic.
We combined juniper berry and lime, botanicals used in gin. The unique aroma of juniper berries is combined with the refreshing citrus flavor of lime to create a complex cocktail-like aroma and taste.
