Johann's southern French blended red wine is relatively unrecognized and one of the hidden wines that I think is very wasteful. At first glance, the color looks heavy, but the fruit juice extract is very strong and the gentle acidity balances it out, so you don't feel the weight at all. It is a versatile type that can be recommended for people who are not good at heavy things.
If you have it, it's very easy to use, and it looks like it's going to be useful.
