Wine doesn't like heat. Store in the wine cellar immediately. YOiNE's main cellar is completely temperature and humidity controlled 24 hours a day so that wines can be stored optimally throughout the year. Please immediately transfer the wine you received to the wine cellar (10-18℃) and store it. Please be aware that environments exceeding 18°C, especially when the temperature changes significantly from low to high, can affect the quality of the wine even in a short period of time, such as a few minutes. In addition, products delivered by refrigerated delivery service may affect the quality of the wine, especially due to the difference in temperature from the outside air. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in this case.

Aged wine is a living thing. As it ages, the color, aroma, and taste may change and the liquid level may decrease. If there is sediment, leave it upright for about a week and open the bottle. The mold on the cork is proof that it has been stored in an environment where conditions such as temperature and humidity are perfect. Wipe off the mold, slowly remove the cork and enjoy.

Precautions when opening sparkling wine When opening the bottle, turn the bottle in a safe direction and slowly remove the cork. Please be careful when opening the cap as the gas pressure may cause the cap to pop out.
