Made with young grapes from Chateau Le Puy. Biodimi. Fermented and aged in small concrete tanks divided into sections. Without any pichage or remontage, the cap is submerged in the wine with a net to prevent excessive extraction. This is completely different from other Bordeaux.
The balance between fruit and acid is very good, and the delicate, velvety red fruit aromas and fine-grained tannins that are characteristic of Le Puy spread out.
