Estate Chardonnay 2022 TRENTHAM

Harvested, crushed and pressed in the best plots of our own vineyards. Let the juice stand at a low temperature for fermentation. Partially barrel fermented in 500L French oak. Aged for 8 months, blended, clarified and bottled. Fruit flavors such as lemon, grapefruit, and white peach are well-balanced with sourness and beautiful oak aroma. Full of minerality, long finish, elegant taste.
