In the Kartli region of southeastern Georgia, a former architect turned into Vigneron and strives to make wine . A pet nut made by pressing destemmed Tavkveli harvested in October, fermenting in Qvevri for one month, tilage, fermented and aged in the bottle using Method Ancestral. A somber ruby color with a sweet cherry scent. It has a natural light taste with the sweetness of the fruit, gentle acidity, and a umami flavor.
