After fermenting in stainless steel and aging as it is after brewing Pinot Grigio, which has been cultivated in biodynamically since 2005 by a cooperative that has been cultivating bio for 30 years in Abruzzo, Italy. The pale pink exterior is filled with sweet scents of apple candy, herbs, and sakuramochi. It has a fresh taste that mixes grapefruit and apple juice, and the balance of fruit and mild acidity is a good impression.
