Rüdi Lerchenfeld in the Katzenthal Valley is exposed to morning dew, and a certain proportion of noble rot grapes are mixed to bring a complex flavor to the wine. A warm 2018, granite Riesling pressed, fermented and aged in foudl. The sparkling amber gold color, the scent of honey orange and menthol, the smooth attack, the fresh and elegant taste, and the beautiful aftertaste of gentle acid and minerals are impressive.
